  Update: Emily did a fantastic job with my haircut! I really appreciate the complementary haircut to make up for what had happened.

Booked a new client haircut appointment but they tried to charge me full price checkout.
I’m used to haircut prices based on hair length and I wished they told prices were based on haircut duration. I showed the stylist a reference picture and she only took a second to look at it. I’m disappointed with how the haircut turned out.
