What Eden expects from you
Eden understands it’s been a while since you have had professional help with your hair and we want you to feel beautiful and cared for. That’s why we are taking precautions to ensure everyone is comfortable and stays healthy. We’ve missed you, Darling, and here’s everything you should know before you come for a visit. Eden’s got you covered.
| We ask that you cancel if you are feeling ill or symptomatic. (Eden will waive missed appointment penalties as long as you call to cancel.) |
| We require you to wear a mask |
| Current guests receive priority scheduling |
| No extra guest may accompany you to your appointment |
| Please wash and sanitize your hands upon entering Eden |
| Wait in your vehicle until you are notified that your service provider is ready for you |
| Eden is not adding an upcharge or fee for extra sanitation supplies at this time |

What you can expect from Eden
Hello, Loves! A few things have changed around here since we last saw one another. We want you to feel safe and cared for, and we want you to know Eden is protecting you to the best of our ability. Eden cares about your health and our own, so here are a few things we’re doing to help you feel protected while you’re here. Then you can leave feeling as good about your experience with us as you feel about how you look.
| Our staff will stay at home if we are sick or symptomatic. We will also stay home if we have been exposed within 72 hours prior. |
| Our temperatures will be taken upon reporting for work |
| Staff will be wearing masks as well as washing and sanitizing hands before and after each guest |
| We will be maintaining a safe social distance of 6 feet whenever possible |
| We are sanitizing all tools and surfaces (as usual) between each guest |
We will provide a clean cape/smock and towels for each guest as usual |
| We are working new schedules to safely accommodate our guests |
Our spa services are not available at this time so we can adhere to our health guidelines. Please check back for information on when we will continue spa services.
