Hair Artist/Colorists

Client Concierge

The Client Concierge knows that it’s essential to make every visit to the salon enjoyable. Yes, people want a great haircut, beautiful color, and enviable styling no matter the occasion. However, how the client feels about their experience when leaving the salon matters most of all. And their hair is only part of the story. If you are a host or hostess with the mostest, we invite you to contact us.

MAKE MORE MONEY

You don’t put percentages in the bank. That’s where dollars go. We use bi-weekly direct deposit and your tips go directly to your account immediately. Commission grows with you and level jumps are automatic raises.

Eden specializes in luxury services at luxury prices. We offer guest payment plans for services over $200; a great way to make bigger services feel more accessible for guests, and it often helps you say “yes” to more transformations without price being a barrier.

Schedules are flexible. We are closed Sunday and Monday for services. The more you are available; the faster you grow.

Our Salon Director and Guest Experience Coordinators take care of administrative “stuff” so you can focus on craft and creativity.

ADVANCE YOUR SKILLS

We have education most Mondays in The Garden, our dedicated education hub. Join us for apprentice training, advanced skills, guest artists and refreshers.

What’s your dress code?
You can wear black, white and grey with pops of color in your accessories. We encourage our team to express themselves creatively through fashion.

Is the schedule Flexible?
Yes! We try to accommodate our staff and their personal lives as much as possible. We want you to have a life outside of work!

Do I have to be full-time?
Absolutely not! We also offer part-time positions as well.

I’m a service provider with experience. Do I have to start out as an assistant?
You don’t! We have 3 different introductory levels for new staff based on your experience level.

Aren’t commission salons high pressure in regards to numbers and sales?
Eden is breaking the stigma. We offer incredible tools and coaching to help you meet your goals personally and financially. We love helping people grow and reach their full potential!
