Our Guarantee

The owners of Eden Salon want you to be thrilled with your experience here. If you have a challenge about your service, we want to know as soon as possible. We will gladly remedy any challenge that is brought to our attention in a reasonable and timely manner.

 

Eden Salon will accept returns of products that were purchased from us for the reason of dissatisfaction or allergic reaction under the following conditions:

  • All returns must be within 10 days of purchase.
  • No returns on makeup under any circumstance other than allergic reaction.
  • Aveda requires a form to be filled out by the consumer in the case of reaction to their products.
  • We will not accept return or exchange of ANY products that were not purchased from Eden Salon.

 

Cancellations require notice. Please give your fellow clients and us the courtesy of notice as soon as you are aware that you cannot make your appointment. Our policy is 24 hours for a single service and 48 hours notice for multiple services.

 

We understand that sometimes things are beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule you at the first mutually agreeable opportunity.

 

If you are a new customer and wish to reserve a large appointment or are part of a group, please expect us to require a credit card to reserve the appointment. We regret it has come to that but the chronically time-challenged have ruined it for everyone.
